Standard Dispatch
Your order will be dispatched within 10 working days of your digital proof being approved.

Express Dispatch
Need it sooner? Choose our Express 4 Working Day Dispatch option at checkout. Your order will be dispatched within 4 working days of your digital proof being approved.

Colour Swatches
Colour swatches are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders are carefully packaged and sent using DPD next day delivery

Please note: Dispatch times begin once your digital proof has been approved.

We understand that plans can change.

If you change your mind after placing your order, you can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before we begin production, even if you have already approved your digital proof.

Once production of your personalised signs has started, we're unable to cancel or refund your order as your items are being made especially for you.

If you're unsure whether your order has entered production, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@puresignage.co.uk and we'll be happy to check for you.

If you're not happy with the quality of your finished signs, simply let us know. We'll work with you to put it right, whether that means remaking your sign or refunding you. No arguments, no fuss.

All we ask is that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

As your signs are personalised, your approved wording and design aren't covered by the guarantee, so please check your digital proof carefully before approving it.
