Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change.

If you change your mind after placing your order, you can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before we begin production, even if you have already approved your digital proof.

Once production of your personalised signs has started, we're unable to cancel or refund your order as your items are being made especially for you.

If you're unsure whether your order has entered production, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@puresignage.co.uk and we'll be happy to check for you.

Our No Quibble Guarantee

We want you to absolutely love your wedding signs.

If you're not happy with the quality of your finished signs, simply let us know. We'll work with you to put it right, whether that means remaking your sign or refunding you. No arguments, no fuss.

All we ask is that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

As your signs are personalised, your approved wording and design aren't covered by the guarantee, so please check your digital proof carefully before approving it.
